More than 800 employees of the company develop, produce, design, mount and adjust automated control systems, electric equipment and electric power supply of the enterprises and automatic firefighting systems. Background

AVTOMATIKA JSC is a non-governmental enterprise established by privatization of the former Kazmontazhavtomatika trust which has been operating for more than 40 years.

Kazmontazhavtomatika trust participated in the establishment of ground bases of Baikonur Cosmodrome. By the end of the 80s, the trust had 10 assembling directorates with 2,000 employees and carried out contract works amounted to 50 million RUB per year. In 1994 Kazmontazhavtomatika trust (composed of all six assembling directorates situated on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan) was transformed into Avtomatika CJSC and in 2004 it was transferred into AVTOMATIKA JSC. Today AVTOMATIKA JSC is marketed as the company that renders full turn-key service or separate stages of works from engineering to project implementation, including industrial automation, electric power supply, automatic firefighting systems and fiber-optic communication links.

List of services

AVTOMATIKA JSC renders the following kinds of services corresponding to ISO 9001:2000 standards:

1. Project and design works of equipment and systems of automation, computer facilities and electric power supply

Designing and development of technical and software automation, electric power supply up to 110 kilovolts, communication links (including FOCL), and also automatic firefighting systems are carried out by experts experienced in AutoCAD 2000, program license packages of Siemens, Fisher-Rosemount and Russian designers using modern means of engineering, including high power processors, laser and ink printers, Hewlett Packard plotters, Lanier reprographic equipment, etc. Projects are carried out using modern automation equipment of the world famous firms, such as Siemens, Fisher-Rosemount, Honeywell, Vega, Wike, Kron, Tech Known, and also Russian manufacturers.

2. Procurement

Two specialized departments presented by highly qualified and experienced experts carry out supply of automation equipment, electric power supply, communication and firefighting systems. Thus the company provides the customer with full high quality products corresponding to technical requirements and change old equipment to new one specifying the brand and the price.

3. Domestic manufacture

Manufacture of panels, block-boxes, erection goods and non-standard products using its own facilities allow delivering operator stations and operators' workplaces after their complete testing under plant conditions. This allows reducing commissioning period of the projects.

4. Installation works

These kinds of works are carried out by Instrumentation & Automation mounting specialists, pneumatic control experts, experienced cablemen and certified FOCL mounting experts that use Bosh, Makita, Denolt and other equipment.

5. Adjustment of technological tools and programs

These kinds of works are carried out in the engineering center of AVTOMATIKA JSC performing full calibration of field tools, testing of shields and panels with microprocessor technologies, and further comprehensive adjustment of the project under process conditions. Highly qualified software engineers implement difficult process control procedures. The engineering center is equipped with Tech Known calibration instruments and devices of multifunctional use of high accuracy rating to 0,025.
